The Shopify App Rails Kit lets you easily create a subscription-payment based Shopify Application. Shopify handles all of the sensitive data such as passwords, credit cards, and invoices so your application only has to worry about providing a great service.
This Kit handles all of the details of Shopify’s Billing API for you. You just define your subscription plans in a configuration file and your users can sign up for them immediately.
The Kit provides a simple configuration file where you can configure your app the way you like it, subscription plans, your app name and domain, email signature for mailers, and more. This is a codebase that you can use a starting point, integrate into your existing application, or simply learn how the Billing API works by taking a look at the internals of the kit.

Pricing
Choose your license based on your development needs. All licenses come with full source code. They are not limited to a set number of developers, but they are limited based on the number of sites you want to build. A “site” is one web application served from one domain, such as example.com.
The license is a one-time fee. You don’t need to pay yearly, per developer, or per server.
